Greetings:
Once again the Center for Intellectual Property at the University of
Maryland University College is seeking a few good student volunteers for
its 3-day annual copyright symposium (http://www.umuc.edu/CIP2008). It
will be held May 28-30th right here at the Inn & Conference Center in next
to the University of Maryland College Park campus. As a volunteer,
students will be able to sit in on several presentations and round table
discussions, and will be provided with free lunch.
In addition to our keynote speakers (James Boyle and Georgia Harper) and
our top-notch panel discussions, this year we are working on making our
symposium available through Second Life. If you have experience in
virtual worlds, or if you are interested in exploring them, please
consider volunteering your time to help us with our inaugural Second Life
webcast!
If you are a student who is interested in volunteering, please contact
