We're up for another CopyNight. I'd like to mix it up this month and take a break from legal nitty-gritty and wonkish acronyms. Instead, I wonder if we could have an informal, decentralized conversation about "morally appropriate" end-user behavior.
That's right, just copyright ethics--separate from market forces, statutory laws, and court cases.
It's a subjective topic, but I think we can navigate it peaceably.
