Next week serves up a second helping of CopyNight in April. Thanks again to Tom of the The Command Line Podcast (thecommandline.net) for leading last week's discussion.

We'll devote next Monday's meeting to The Pirate Bay trial. What do you make of the "King Kong" defense? To what extent is TPB a neutral "information service"? How does Google differ as an information service? What role does self-presentation play in litigation of this kind? How does this trial compare to MGM vs. Grokster?
